How should I care for my yarn?

For best results, hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry. While the yarn is thoroughly rinsed after dyeing, some color bleeding may occasionally occur, especially with highly saturated colors.

 

Do colors look exactly like the photos?

I do my best to photograph yarns as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly between screens and devices.

 

Will my skeins match exactly?

Hand-dyed yarn naturally varies from batch to batch. If you're planning a larger project, I recommend purchasing enough yarn from the same update or just drop me a message and I'll make sure to pick up skeins to your liking. For projects using multiple skeins, alternating skeins every few rows can help blend any subtle differences.

What if I need more yarn than is currently available?

Feel free to contact me. While I can't guarantee an exact match, I may be able to dye a custom batch or suggest the closest available option.

Do you accept custom orders?

Sometimes, yes! If you're looking for a larger quantity of a colorway, a sweater quantity, or have a color idea in mind, feel free to get in touch. I'll let you know whether it's something I can help with and what the timeline would look like.

Do you ship internationally? 

I ship within Switzerland and the EU. Additional destinations may be added in the future.

I'm allergic to cats. Is your yarn safe for me?

Two cats supervise the studio, but they do not have access to yarn storage or the dyeing process. All yarn is stored and handled with care to minimize contact with pets. However, because this is a cat-owning household, I cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
