Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at color.therapy.yarns@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once the return request has been approved.

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, return arrangements may vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us before sending any international return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at color.therapy.yarns@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and find a suitable solution.

Hand-Dyed Yarn Disclaimer

Color Therapy Yarns products are hand-dyed in small batches. Slight variations between skeins, even within the same colorway, are a natural part of the hand-dyeing process and are not considered defects.

Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting conditions. Minor differences between product photos and the actual yarn are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

For larger projects requiring multiple skeins, we recommend alternating skeins throughout your project to ensure the most even distribution of color.

Variations in color, speckling, and dye placement are part of the unique character of hand-dyed yarn and should be expected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products

• Yarn that has been wound into cakes or otherwise altered from its original condition

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing a return request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
