Thank you for supporting Color Therapy Yarns!
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product and destination.
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Made-to-order or dyed-to-order products require additional preparation time. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow up to 1 week for these items to be prepared and dispatched.
For international orders, additional handling time may be required before the parcel is transferred to the shipping carrier.
If an order is expected to take significantly longer than stated, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Switzerland and to countries within the European Union.
If you would like your order shipped to another destination, please contact us at color.therapy.yarns@gmail.com before placing your order. We may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional shipping charges.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
We currently offer:

Free shipping within Switzerland on orders over CHF 80.
- Free shipping to Germany on orders over CHF 100.

Free shipping to European Union (exl. Germany) destinations on orders over CHF 120.
For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Switzerland: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout
European Union destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.
Color Therapy Yarns is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at color.therapy.yarns@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Local Pickup
